Bachelor of Science in Textile Technology - Medical Textiles: The Bachelor of Science in Textile Technology - Medical Textiles program is designed to prepare students for careers in the medical textiles industry by giving them a foundation in the fundamental principles, design, and production of medical textiles products. The program includes courses that cover the basic sciences, engineering principles and practices, applied chemistry and physics, design, research methods and statistics. It also includes a capstone project that requires students to apply their knowledge from previous courses to solve an actual problem in the medical textiles industry.
