Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering - Engineering Management and Entrepreneurship: Civil engineers develop the infrastructure on which their communities rely, such as buildings and their foundations, bridges, canals, dams, transportation facilities, municipal sewer and water networks, and wastewater and solid waste treatment systems. Civil engineering students at the University of Ottawa have access to world-class teaching laboratories, multimedia classrooms, and superb computer facilities. Students gain experience in computer applications, field and laboratory testing, and project management, and they are well-prepared to serve their communities upon graduation.
