Bachelor of Music - Music Technology: The Music Technology Major prepares students with a variety of theoretical and practical skill sets of professional-level music recording, as applied to recording studio practice, field recording, and online music creation, with a heavy emphasis on research-led teaching. The Music Technology Major explores how multimedia, interdisciplinary art forms, and communications technologies that have emerged from the digital revolution have affected music. It does this by drawing on cutting-edge, 21st Century scholarship in digital music as well as broader theoretical debates in the digital humanities.
