About the course

MA (Hons) Celtic Civilisation/Social and Public Policy: This course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the history, politics and culture of the Celtic peoples of Western Europe from the Iron Age to early modern times. It will also equip you with a critical understanding of public policy issues in contemporary society. You will gain an overview of social theory and practice as well as an appreciation for the diversity of Western European societies.
