I thank Swapna for the unstinted support extended for processing my PR application. Swapna was always on top of the job and in constant touch if any details were pending from my end. Due to her regular follow-up, I could submit the application on time thereby bringing me one step closer to my immigration to Canada. Swapna has immense clarity of thought with respect to her job which makes the challenge of a PR application seem like a minuscule task. Whenever she was in doubt (which was just one instance) she consulted her senior (Ms. Geeta) promptly and I received immediate feedback on the way forward. This attitude of Swapna and Geeta goes a long way in calming the nerves of inpatient/skeptical clients like me and makes the entire process look really simple.
