What are the components of CCE in education?

• Formative Assessment- It consists of learning assessments between a teacher and students where assessment takes place to know the understanding of concepts by students and give them feedback to improve.
• Eg.quizzes, group discussions, and doubts about concepts.
• Summative Assessment (SA)- This means the total assessment of a student by the end of the year. The traditional exam system will come under this. The CCE has brought this into a broad-based evaluation and curriculum by dividing marks into various categories.
   Eg. exams, practicals, projects, and group discussions.
• Co-Scholastic Areas- Encompassing Character development, values, sports, arts, dance, and other essential life skills to promote a better development of a student.
