Applicants With 352+ CRS Score Invited For Latest AINP

The candidates who were invited will be able to apply for the provincial nomination for Alberta. If their able to be successful in their application, then they will automatically be moved up to the top of the applicants in the Express Entry pool as they receive 600 additional points.

All candidates who were invited in the AINP or Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program recent draw had their profile in the Express Entry system.

The Express Entry system is the immigration program for the Canadian federal government. This program manages immigration for three types of immigration, the Federal Skilled Worker Program, which caters to workers in skilled category; the Federal Skilled Trades Program, which caters to traders in skilled category and the Canadian Experience Class or CEC, which caters to people who have already one year or more of experience in working in Canada

The applications who are eligible for immigration under the AINP or Express Entry, are assigned a score, which isbased on the Comprehensive Ranking System. Points in this system are awarded for various factors such as education, experience and adaptability, that show that the candidate will be able to integrate seamlessly into Canadian society, and contribute to the Canadian economy effectively.

The IRCC or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) frequently invites candidates who pass the threshold for minimum CRS score at that time, during the specific draw to apply for Canadian PR visa.

The applicants who have received the provincial nomination from Alberta program will receive an additional 600 points in their CRS score, for their overall score. This would mean that the person with the lowest score in the recent draw, would give him a score of 952, which would most certainly make him eligible to receive an ITA for the Express Entry program

The candidates who have been selected for the AINP, would be the one, who would be living and working the province and who have had work experience in an occupation that is eligible.

This may be a temporary arrangement due to the pandemic, and it is expected that the provincial government would start accepting applications from all candidates once the pandemic is over.

Moreover, as there have not been the regular number of draws in the previous year, we can expect more number of draws in the coming years and as such this may be the best time to apply for Express Entry program for successful Canada PR process. The probability of success would be much higher as the government opens up for more applicants and competition is lower.
