Canada set to increase 2018 immigration levels
The minister for Canada immigration Ahmed Hussein has hinted that the levels of Immigration would increase in the next year, after last year and this year’s record increase in its numbers. When asked about the numbers for next year, as Canada has already witnessed around 3,00,000 new permanent residents in previous two years. Immigration Minister assured that there won’t be any drop in numbers. The newly elected immigration minister at IRCC is preparing for his initial immigration level of the announcement. With much expectation of sharp rise in Canada Immigration last year, the government instead chooses to maintain its level and had adjusted its numbers in every category as a result of many permanent residents under economic class and less refugees were accepted. While doing so, Canada Immigration had established a 3,00,000 as count for fresh base of immigration level under latest federal government. The minister also told that they are screening each and every one while welcoming individuals who seek to migrate to Canada from across the globe. When this year’s levels were declared, Immigration Canada had witnessed a rise in over 12,000 individuals in economic class, 4000 additional family class immigrants when compared to last year.

Canada to welcome record number of immigrants

Individuals are expecting to witness next year level of immigration to stay between 3,10,000 and 3,20,000 that will amount to per capita income of .88%.
