CANADAS NEW NOC 2021 ISSUED & IN AFFECT FOR FALL 2023

Canadas New NOC 2021 Issued & In Affect for Fall 2023

The New TEER System replaces the NOC Skill level

The earlier skill categories are 0, A, B, C. But IRCC has mentioned that the new NOC is going to have an altogether new TEER system to segregate the occupations of the applicants. TEER means Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities on which jobs will be categorized.

Why New TEER System is introduced by Canada?

To begin with, classifying professions based on "skill levels" is perplexing, given the NOC is concerned with occupations rather than skills. The new TEER system is introduced to lay a spotlight on the applicants who have good experience and education to work for a specific job.
