How to apply for B-1 Business Visa for USA

  • Complete the online non-immigrant visa form DS-160. Once completed print it out and bring it with you to the visa interview
  • Once you have filled the form, you will need to schedule a visa interview at the nearest US visa consulate
  • You will need to take an appointment to submit your biometrics. The appointment for biometrics is generally a day before the visa interview appointment.
  • At the consulate you will be interviewed by a visa officer, who has the right to grant or refuse your application for the visa. You should answer all questions truthfully and to the point

  • At the port of entry you will need to present all your documents including your passport to the immigration official who will authorize your entry to the US
