Mining, oil and gas industry has got 13,100 jobs. The country also requires more Foreign Tech Graduates to Work in Canada for filling these positions. As per a statistics, in the year 2015, around 29,000 tech students who had come to pursue the education in Canada were graduated from the Canadian universities which are not enough.

The report also predicts that Canada would create a minimum of 2,18,000 tech jobs till the year 2020. There has been a call for overhauling the education system of the country for helping the economy matches employees with the available job positions.
