You will receive a refund minus a 25% administration charge if you cancel your IELTS exam up to five weeks before the test date (IELTS on Paper) or two weeks before the test date (IELTS on Computer) (IELTS on Computer). It's important to keep in mind that refunds can take anywhere from four to six weeks to process.
