List of Popular Scholarships to Study in Italy for Indian Students

Italy has some of the oldest institutions which are well reputed for high quality of education. Hence, most of the international students show interest in studying in Italy. Italian Government Scholarships for Foreign Students

The scholarship covers tuition, health insurance, and a monthly allowance. Only three, six, or nine-month scholarships are offered.

EDISU Piemonte Scholarships

Students who meet the required merit and financial requirements, as non-EU international and enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Single Cycle Master's degree, or PhD degree programme at one of Piedmont's universities (Politecnico di Torino, University of Torino, University of Eastern Piedmont) can apply for EDISU scholarships.

Students enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme who are part-time are also eligible to apply. A variety of factors influence the scholarship amount. Housing services may also be provided to non-resident students who apply to study in Italy .

Bologna University Study Grants for International Students

The University of Bologna provides study funding to qualifying international students who wish to enroll in one of the university's First Cycle (Bachelors), Second Cycle (Masters), or Single Cycle Degree Programs. Each study scholarship is worth €11,059 in total, includes full tuition price waivers, and is valid for one academic year.

University of Pavia International Scholarships for Developing Country Students

The University of Pavia (UNIPV) awards scholarships to talented students from developing countries to study a Master's Degree Program offered in English at the University in order to promote international collaboration with underprivileged countries. The value of each scholarship is around €8,000.

Bocconi Merit and International Awards

International students enrolling in any recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree programme at Bocconi are eligible for merit-based scholarships. The scholarship gives a half-to-full tuition remission of up to €12,000 per year for Bachelor's students and up to €13,000 per year for Master's students covening a great part of cost of living in Italy for Students.

Politecnico de Milano Merit-Based Scholarships for International Students

Every year, the Politecnico di Milano grants a number of merit-based scholarships for deserving international students who are enrolled into Master of Science programs. A €200 administrative fee will be awarded to students who earn a scholarship. Scholarships ranging from €5.000 to €10.000 per year may be available, as well as tuition fee waivers.

Politecnico di Torino International Scholarships

International students can apply for this scholarships to study engineering and architecture at the Politecnico di Torino.

Università Cattolica International Scholarships

The UCSC International Scholarship is a yearly tuition fee funding provided by Università Cattolica in order to encourage international students to enroll in degree programs. The scholarship covers around 30% of the total cost.
