Eligibility conditions for NTPNP - Skilled Worker Stream

• You will need to fulfill the eligibility conditions for any one of the economic immigration programs that was established by the Canadian government
• You have to fulfill all the criteria set out for Skilled Worker Stream for the Employer Driven Program
• You need to provide the acceptance letter which was issued to you for proof of being a part of the Express Entry pool, along with the job seeker code and your EE profile number
• You will need to have a genuine and demonstrable intention of settling down in the province
• You will need to be working in an occupation Level 0, A, or B which is listed in the NOC and have the required certification

• You should be able to prove your proficiency in English and/or French

Eligibility for NTPNP - Critical Impact Worker Stream

• You are required to have a stated and genuine intention to settle in the province after you have obtained the Canada PR
• You need to have the necessary certification relevant to the your occupation
• You will need to fulfill all criteria for the licensing, and registration for your occupation.
• You will need to provide proof that you have the required funds of at least 10,000 CAD for the primary applicant and a minimum of 2000 CAD for each accompanying dependent.

Eligibility Conditions for NTPNP - Entrepreneur Stream

• You are required to have a minimum personal net worth 300,000 CAD, with half of it earmarked for the purchase of a business in the province, and 500,000 CAD if planning to purchase a business out of the corporate boundaries, and be willing to invest at least half of it in setting up a business
• You will have to prove that you have to be the owner of at least one-third of the a business
